I’m probably going out on a limb here, but I am no stranger to walking a high wire without a safety net. I have more questions than answers. But I hope to inspire others to think about these topics and come to their own conclusions…

In 2014 I wrote how prayer might help suffering loved ones. I also speculated that prayer could also be used to help end the dishonest leadership in our society.

Indeed, if prayer can foster beneficial outcomes (and I believe this is true), somehow there is a mechanism at work. Is the mechanism hard-wired into the universe and/or are there spiritual entities involved? The question is debatable.

Top 10 Principles: Inner Workings of Our Spiritual Path πŸ¦‰

My usual admonition: I did not write this because it is true, per se. I hope to inspire others to think about spirituality and come to their own conclusions


Ask yourself this question: In this life, is my spiritual path preordained? Answer: Yes and no:

Life (a component of your spiritual path) is like a Broadway musical. Life has a plot and script where the actors inevitably flub their lines or lyrics. But the show must go on and in the end, the audience is none the wiser about mistakes.

Out of the Deepest Abyss: My Journey Understanding and Coping With Depression and Anxiety 😿

Like all Americans, I was heartbroken to hear about the suicide of Robin Williams. He suffered from depression and had substance abuse problems.

I hope that what I write about today will help others who also suffer from mental illness, as I do.
