We all have our inner demons to contend with. Slowly and deliberately, I am working through mine. The latest demon was my bad eating habits.
I’ve been exercising plenty but not shedding any pounds. I knew it was because of my habit of late night snacking.
So I needed to drop the late night snacking. When I stopped, the pounds started coming off.
